The heart of any marketing effort is copy that persuades people to act -- to visit your store … send a reply card … pick up the phone and call … make a purchase.

Your ads, sales letters, websites, and other materials should be out there in the world working hard for you. You can't afford "slacker" marketing materials any more than you can afford a lazy, unproductive sales force.
